If you have a complaint to make about a visit to a Good Salon Guide recognised salon, we strongly recommend that you take it up with the salon manager/manageress in the first instance, preferably before you leave the salon so that they can have a chance at putting it right straight away. Please remember that the Good Salon Guide isn't a guide to personal taste and we cannot arbitrate between you and the salon management.
